Private 3 Days Tour All Zhangjiajie Highlights

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will transfer you to Wulingyuan Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to take Bailong Elevator uphill for exploring Yuanjiajie where the Avatar Mountain is located. Yuanjiajie is also called Avatar Mountain because of the movie set of AVATAR was inspired by it. Situated in the northwest part of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie is a naturally formed platform mountain surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. You will enjoy Hallelujah Mountain and No.1 Bridge of the world…etc.

In the afternoon, you will visit Tianzi Mountain and Yangjiajie. Afterwards, take Yangjiajie cable car downhill. Tianzi Mountain is known for four natural spectacles including the clouds of mist that circle the peaks of the mountain, the amazing views of the rising sun, the moonlit nights, and snow-capped winter peaks. They include more than 80 natural platforms to take in the magnificent scenery.

This trip is finished at around 18:00 pm.

Wake up and have breakfast at hotel.

Transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, it takes about 45 minutes from Zhangjiajie City to Zhangjiajie Great Canyon.

You will explore the main attractions in Zhangjiajie Great Canyon: One-Line-Sky, Family Portrait, The Millennial Ancient Rattan, Chuangwang Pavilion, the Southern Red Flag Canal, Zhuaxian Spring, Rotten Ship Rock, The Bandit Hole, the World’s Highest See-through Skywalk Bridge and so on.

Afterward, visit Baofeng Lake where you can enjoy some locals singing while taking a boat ride on the lake.

The trip is finished at approximately 17:00 pm. Then drop you off to your hotel.

Tips: Suggest to book your hotel where located at downtown Zhangjiajie, not downtown Wulingyuan. Because the hotel at downtown Zhangjiajie is more convenient for your next day’s Tianmen Mountain Trip, and also very convenient for your departure flight after you finish the whole tour in Zhangjiajie. It only takes 15 – 20 minutes to Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Airport.

Rise early to enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then your guide will take you to Mt. Tianmen Cable Car Station for catching a cable car ride (approximately 25 minutes) uphill to explore Tianmen Mountain. You will also take the same cable car down to the mid-station for catching the eco bus to visit Tianmen Cave. From Tianmen Cave, you will take the same eco bus back to mid-station, and then take cable car downhill for a ride back to your hotel. Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie at 4,980 feet (1,518 meter) above sea level. it is praised to be the soul of Zhangjiajie. Your guide will take you to explore the best scenic spots such as Heavenly bus road, The Glass Plank road, Tianmen Cave and so on.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel or original departure point or Zhangjiajie airport/train/bus station for wherever your next destination takes you.
