Hotel Pick Up

In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby and transfer you to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park admission ticket booth.

Morning (9-12 PM)

Transfer to the park entrance, bus to Yuanjiajie, elevator up, and Avatar exploration.

Midday (12-2 PM)

Cable car to Tianzi Mountain for views, followed by a relaxed Chinese lunch (local specialties with beer or soda).

Afternoon (2-5 PM)

Head to the Grand Canyon for the Glass Bridge and any thrill activities.

Hotel Drop-off

Return to your hotel by 5-6 PM, with flexible adjustments for weather or preferences (e.g., adding a Golden Whip Stream hike if time allows).

Know before you go

Zhangjiajie can be visited at any time of the year, especially from April to October.. Also, autumn season from October to December is also another recommended time with fewer rainy days and typhoon. Zhangjiajie is also called a "city of spring" due to its comfortable year-round temperatures that hover around 16 ℃.
